Learn more or donate now at www.communityservices.org. Your Social Committee invites you to an “Anticipations and Reflections” vespers and reception Saturday evening, December 31st at 4:30pm here at the church. Please bring your favorite desserts and/or holiday finger foods to share after the vespers. One-day School Mission Project - We are over half way to our goal of raising $5,000 to build a One-day School through Maranatha Volunteers International. We need an additional $1,685 to complete the project. If you would like to contribute to this mission project, make checks payable to Nashville First SDA Church and mark your offering envelope “One-day School.” We hope to complete our goal by the end of the year! Please do not forget Hope For Humanity (ingathering) donations in your 2011 year-end giving. Hope For Humanity is the new face of one of the longest and most effective humanitarian ministries in the history of Adventism - what used to be called "Harvest Ingathering." For more than a century, Seventh-day Adventists have reached out to their communities to share in the support of the compassionate ministry of Jesus. A portion of what Nashville First Church raises can be returned to us to use in local out-reach efforts. Make checks payable to Nashville First SDA Church and mark your offering envelope for “Ingathering (donated).” We have “change boxes” in the foyer for you to take and use. Put a box somewhere convenient to drop your loose change at the end of the day . . . you’ll be surprised how quickly it can add up! Sermon Copies: We have available upon request copies of sermons presented each Sabbath. Please find the clip-board in the foyer on the lectern by the double doors and fill out forms you will find there. We need your financial help to off-set costs of supplies. Starting October 1st, DVDs will be $5.00 and CDs will be $3.00. Please give your completed form and funds to the Media personnel (Ric Andal, Brent Cordis, Lauren Andal) and your order will be processed for the next week. Please Note: You may view sermons from our website (nfsda.org) for free! Please continue to save the UPC/bar code portion of packaging/labels from Worthington Foods, Loma Linda Foods, Morningstar Farms, Morningstar Farms Organic and Natural Touch products. Bring your labels to the church and place in the drop-box located in the foyer. Reimbursed labels will go to the quarterly Sabbath School mission project.
